Hi, I'm Gary. I set up Sharkey and Friends Health and Wellness to help myself and other coaches in London work more with groups who need our services but wouldn't normally have access.

I began coaching ice skating back in school. Halfway through university I moved to China where ice was rare, so I shifted to become a student and later coach of first Chinese wushu and then parkour. These days I mainly teach various styles of yoga and am studying towards new credentials teaching breathwork and intrinsic biomechamics.

Outside of my coaching, I work at professional services firm PwC with a focus on smart cities and sustainability. I love both jobs and especially the balance between the direct impacts I can make through my coaching and the more indirect impacts I can have through consulting.
