Hi! I'm Louisa and a director of Sharkey and Friends, I look at how we shape our engagement and impact strategy and evolve our community.

When I was at school I was a competitive gymnast which also included getting involved with coaching younger teams. This was the start of my love of finding ways to understand physical movement while teaching and facilitating others.

My professional work is in sustainable business and my current focus is on purpose driven brand strategy for positive impact and teaching sustainable business management. A large part of this is leadership and culture, talent development and resilience for change makers.

I am a trained business and life coach with the Neuroleadership institute and I love to bring this thinking to design programmes and experiences for individuals and organisations that unlock sustainable transformation.

I'm excited to be part of Sharkey and Friends community and continue to learn and develop my coaching skills into different areas.
