Sharkey and Friends 

Hi! I'm Louisa and a director of Sharkey and Friends, I look at how we shape our engagement and impact strategy and evolve our community.

 

When I was at school I was a competitive gymnast which also included getting involved with coaching younger teams. This was the start of my love of finding ways to understand how embodied practices, physicality and immersive workshops spark co-creation and mindset shifts.

 

I'm dedicated to finding creative and innovative solutions to the complex problems of our time. I am founder of Curiously Liminal – my work focused on activating courageous leaders, collective impact and systems change.

 

I bring 15 years of experience including strategy design and implementation, non-financial reporting, ESG assurance, culture change. An experienced coach, moderator and programme designer and facilitator, I'm particularly interested in co-creating immersive and experiential events that connect, engage, inspire and call to action.

 

I am also a Trustee of Hawkwood: Center for Future Thinking, Fellow of Kite Insights, Chair of Anthropy Emerging Leaders Alliance and an academic tutor for the Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership's courses on Sustainable Business Management and Communicating for Impact and Influence
