I’m Molly, it’s a pleasure to meet you.
When I first qualified as a yoga teacher, I quickly realised how much I loved working with pregnant and postnatal clients. Supporting mums to switch off, move their bodies, and feel calmer in their minds gave me a real sense of purpose. When I became pregnant with Elijah, I completed further training in Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga, taught throughout my own pregnancy, and went on to have an incredible birth experience – even though it didn’t all go exactly to plan.
A few years later, when in-person classes finally returned after the Covid lockdowns, my business Bump, Birth & Beyond was born. Since then, Toddler and Kids Yoga have joined the family, because supporting families doesn’t stop at postnatal life. I wanted to create a space where children can grow strong, confident, and calm – and where parents feel supported, connected, and part of a community that truly understands family life.
I wouldn’t have had such an empowering start to motherhood without the right support, and that’s exactly why I do what I do. I help women build real strength from the inside out, blending lifting, movement, and mindfulness so you feel powerful, grounded, and confident in your body and your choices. There are no quick fixes and no pressure – just sustainable, realistic tools that fit your life. I’m here to help you feel confident, calm, and supported from pregnancy through postnatal life and beyond, as your family grows and changes, so you never have to do it all on your own.
