Climate

Innovation and Learning

The one thing certain is change, and these days change is happening faster than ever. Individuals, teams, and organisations need to do develop new ways to do things, and scale these new approaches. Some things I've done lots of include:

Innovation strategy and roadmapping (to deliver climate advisory services at scale)
Challenge identification, design thinking, and human-centred design
