The Foundation Series is a structured, one-to-one coaching journey that helps you stabilise your health, clarify your direction, and integrate your work, life, and purpose in a way that is actually sustainable.

 

This is not surface-level coaching. It is a practical, embodied process designed for people who want to keep contributing at a high level, without sacrificing themselves along the way.

The Foundation Series often acts as an entry point, for individuals, and for organisations exploring how embodied coaching can support their people more broadly. Many participants start with the Foundation Series individually, then find ways to bring these practices into their teams or wider organisation. This ensures that personal growth translates into lasting impact at work.

How the series is structured

 

The Foundation Series follows a clear sequence. The structure stays consistent. The way it is applied is fully personalised.

 

You move through five connected elements:

Health Foundations​

We start by looking at the basics. This phase focuses on physical resilience, nervous system regulation, and energy management using somatic practices drawn from kung fu, yoga, and embodied awareness. 

 

This work is grounded in my own long-term health journey, shaped by decades of embodied practice and lived experience in rebuilding resilience.

Impact Foundations​

Here we look at how you relate to your work and impact. We explore pressure patterns, responsibility load, boundaries, and the internal drivers that keep you pushing. This is where many clients realise they have been sustaining impact through strain rather than alignment. The goal is to reconnect your work with a mode of contribution that is viable over the long term. 

 

This phase is informed by over 20 years working inside sustainability and impact systems — not as an observer, but as a practitioner navigating real-world pressure and complexity.

Life Design

With stronger foundations in place, we step back and redesign.

 

Life Design sessions focus on:

  • Direction and priorities

  • How work, health, relationships, and purpose fit together

  • What needs to change to support the life you actually want to live

 

This is practical, grounded design, not abstract visioning.

Focus Sessions

Focus Sessions allow us to go deeper where it matters most for you.

 

These sessions are shaped around your specific needs, challenges, and questions.

​

Depending on your goals, these draw from practices in health, performance, leadership, mindset, behaviour change, and resilience.

Integration and reflection

Change only sticks if it is integrated.

 

Throughout the series, and especially toward the end, we slow things down to reflect, consolidate learning, and embed new ways of working, moving, and deciding.

 

This is where insights become lived practice.

Although the series is described as a sequence of sessions, this is not a simple appointment-based offering.

 

Each session includes:

 

  • Live one-to-one coaching

  • Personalised preparation and follow-up

  • Worksheets and reflection materials

  • Ongoing adaptation of the work to your context
