This series is the most reliable way to start strong. It gives us a structured arc to understand how you’ve become who you are, what drives you, where you want to go next, and what it will take to get there.
Each of us is unique. Some come wanting to prioritise strength, mobility, and overall wellness; others seeking clarity on impact, career direction, or next-chapter decisions. The structure flexes either way.
The full series consists of five modules, with structured work for both of us in between sessions, recommended over 3-5 months.​

Health Foundations
We map the story of your wellbeing from childhood to now. (a bit about mine)
You’ll surface formative chapters, patterns in body and mind, environmental influences, and the habits that have shaped you.

Impact Foundations
We then trace the arc of your contribution to the world. (a bit about mine)
We’ll explore defining work, shifts in direction, moments of growth, networks of support, and the purpose you’re working toward next.

Life Design
Using design-thinking methods, we run two workshop-style sessions to explore opportunity areas.
We identify intersections in your life that feel underused or ready for development, then shape these into concrete priorities.

Focus Sessions
Targeted sessions to build momentum toward the priorities you’ve chosen.
Depending on your goals, these draw from practices in health, performance, leadership, mindset, behaviour change, and resilience.
